As a service to our customers, Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca will arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers. All charges are PROFORMA and will be included on the final balance due notice.
Complete street addresses, including zip codes and phone number are required; Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Pricing for shipments outside of the US, UK and EU is available upon request. Please provide your VAT# to ship within the EU.
Shipping and handling charges must be paid in full before an order is releases for shipping.
DELAY OF DELIVERY
Quoted delivery dates are approximate and Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance for any cause beyond Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca’s control.
INSPECTION OF PRODUCT
Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca maintains a rigorous quality control process. All fabrics are inspected prior to shipment.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an acknowledgement which should be reviewed immediately. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information has been processed accurately.
All textiles should be inspected upon receipt to verify goods are per order confirmation.
There is no obligation to accept return of goods ordered in error. Should Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca make an exception and agree to accept the return of goods, a minimum 30% handling charge will be levied.
All returns must be approved by Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca for refund, credit or exchange and accompanied by a completed return authorization form. Contact your local showroom for details. Returns will be accepted or credited for items returned only within 30 days from arrival date, if uncut and in the original condition.
Customer must examine goods before cutting or treating, as no allowance will be made after merchandise has been altered in any way regardless of the reason. In no event will any labor costs be accepted.
The following merchandise is not returnable:
- Treated or otherwise used merchandise (including backed fabrics or fabric treated with flame proofing)
- Cut merchandise
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the NET value. Shipping or other fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Merchandise returns without written approval by Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca will not be accepted and will be returned back to the shipper at their own expense.
Installed, altered or damaged product will not be accepted as a return. Including products that have been cut, treated, or processed.
Returns must be received to the designated location within 30 days of agreed upon return.
Any product received after the 30 days or of a condition other than brand new, will not be accepted.
Refunds must be requested in writing. Please allow thirty days from approval of refund request for issuance of refund check. Checks cannot be returned to anyone but the account billed. Credits must be issued to client’s account.
Our merchandise is not guaranteed against fading or shrinkage through cleaning, steaming, and exposure to the sun or effects of wear. Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca is not responsible for precise color matching due to possible spinning, yarn, weaving or dye lot variations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request cuttings of current stock for approval, especially when ordering coordinating textiles.
Do not attempt a return without first having obtained a Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca written authorization.
Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca will not accept returns without prior written consent.
Returns must be handled in accordance with Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca’s shipping instructions.
Returns for reasons other than valid Sandra Jordan Prima Alpaca accepted claims will be subject to applicable handling & packaging, shipping, storage, and repair charges.
Please include the Sales Order Return Number with the returned product(s).
